sanskrit

Sanskrit is a Indo Arayan laguage closely related to Persian. When the Arayans invaded India Sanskrit became the official language. The Dravidians who were ruling India than were driven to South by the Arayans who brought hinduism to India.Mahabharatha and Ramayana, the epics written in sanskrit made an impact in India made the Brahmins sect as supreme.Interestingly the birth place for outcasts is are the two epics.Since the vedas and mantras are in sanskrit it was regarded as divine language among the hindus across the world and arayans regarded as pure in birth.
The Tamil scholars took reservations on sanskrit translation works merely because the Tamils or the Dravidians were regarded as unworthy and unclean thus made the scholars like Kambar who translated Ramayana in Tamil made the hanuman as a monkey god - originally the monkeys are the Dravidians in Ramayana. In the early 60s the late C.N Annadurai and Rajaji Gobalchariyar, who is a brahmin himself had an open debate on this issue and eventually Rajaji was convinced that the Tamils were portrayed as monkeys in ramayana. Valmiki the arayan - refuse to forgive the Dravidians because of their resistance against the arayans during the arayan invasion showed his anger in ramayana! This continues till this day as the ruling comes from north India to south to submit to the arayans.
